While baking pies and pastries and such for Thanksgiving, I noticed that we had a lot of pie dough leftover that we didn't need for anything. So we decided to take that crust and make a mini burrito shaped apricot tart thing. All you need is pie dough and any jam or marmalade. We used apricot but there are limitless options. Even though this dessert looks a little messy, it tastes absolutely delicious!
